Description

To wrap up this amazing season, we’re throwing an official Presentation Night for all the Junior & Veterans Teams complimented with the Senior leadership groups (senior players holding a separate night). We know this is a bit different from before, but we think it’s going to be awesome to get everyone together and celebrate what we've achieved. Having a single event will help build our community, bring all teams together and create a more memorable celebration for everyone.

Our President will kick things off with a welcome, and then we’ll go through each team hosted by Comedic MC Jodie J Hill, recap the season and hand out trophies to all.

We will kick things off at 5.45pm sharp for the U8-U10's teams so please make sure you arrive by 5.30pm.

At 6.45pm the U11s -U15s  will start their presentations. These players and families are welcome to come at 6.30pm and grab a drink before they start.

Veterans are invited down to play a small golf putting comp from 7pm whilst the Juniors hand out their awards with Veterans & Senior proceedings at 8-8.45pm.

Nominal ticket charge just to cover room hire & food that will be handed out during the evening while you grab a drink at bar prices.

NOTE* You need to enter all player & team details on ticket confirmation (just so we can chase up those who are missing).

Welcome to the Bluetongues

We are a local football club known as the Bluetongues, started in 2003 by a group of parents in Alphington whose kids enjoyed playing soccer at Alphington Park.  We play teams from across Melbourne’s inner and outer northern suburbs. Our members and volunteers are committed to a strong future for our club through being welcoming and supportive of all children (and their families), teenagers, adults and veterans who want to learn and play football. We are a family-friendly environment where parents can relax while their children have fun playing football with their mates, learn the game’s skills and disciplines, and understand values such as personal effort and teamwork.
